• *All shipments are fully guaranteed except for incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is away or has moved.
• *All standard 7-day shipping of products is free. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping charge of $10.00 (We ship only to addresses delivered within two days.)
• *Street addresses must be complete including zip code - P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
• *If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, our carriers will attempt to correct the address for a $10 fee.
• *If you or the receiver of your gift is not fully satisfied with its quality, we will send another or provide a full refund.
• *Non-perishable gift box orders received on or before 12:00 PM(PST), are shipped the same business day. Saturday orders are sent on Monday. 
• *Fresh fruit orders received before 12:00 PM on Monday or Tuesday are shipped the same business day. We only ship fresh fruit on *Wednesday and Thursday if the carrier is scheduled to deliver by the weekend.
• *We reserve the right to ship our gift boxes with the shipper providing the fastest, most reliable service.
• *Next Day Service is available for an additional shipping charge of approximately $30.00
• *Any gift pack may be ordered with a request for delivery by or on a specific date.
